Cow Parsley Cottage - the Annexe Suite
The cottage is dog friendly by prior arrangement. We do ask that your dog(s) are placed in your car during breakfast which is usually taken in the main house. We can of course serve direct to the cottage if you prefer.

The Cottage Suite may be perfect for you.The Suite has a cosy TV lounge with a wood burning stove and dining area,small kitchenette and separate cloak-room.Spacious en-suite bedroom with Art Deco furniture. Private seating area in the garden.
•Small kitchenette includes fridge, toaster and microwave.•Hospitality tray with teas, coffee, chocolate, fresh milk and Scottish tray-bake cookies.•Digital Flat-screen TV / DVD player with a selection of DVD’s.•Separate cloakroom off the lounge.•En-suite shower room with soft fluffy towels, cosy bathrobes and spa therapy toiletries and hairdryer. •Private parking area, adjacent to cottage.

Ideal for Guests who prefer a little more space
If the cottage is booked together with a guest room in the main house, it is not suitable for children to stay alone.
Quality restaurants are just a short drive to either Halkirk or Watten. Our indian restaurant in Thurso is happy to deliver atake-away. While we do hold an alcohol license, we are happy of course if you wish to bring your own wineor beer to enjoy on our light summer evenings, can be stored in the fridge in the kitchenette.

Your family dog(s) are welcome to stay with you in the Annex Suite by prior arrangement.
While the garden area is extensive, it is not fully enclosed and dogs should not be left unattended. We ask that you consider the comfort of other guests, keeping your dog on a lead if necessary and being sure to quiet them if they become a bit excited! A rough woodland walk is adjacent, again not fully enclosed. For comfort of other guests, dogs are not permitted into the main house. They are most welcome to join you in the Juniper Lounge (licensed). The Annexe Suite has wooden floors throughout with scattered rugs.

The Annex Suite comprises of an En-suite Guest bedroomideal for two with a Superking or Twin beds.Cosy lounge with log burning stove.Kitchenette - ideal for making snacks with microwave, kettle and toaster.
Breakfast is generally taken in the main house or can be served direct to the cottage if preferred.
While the Annex has a little more space, it is ideal for a longer stay. During the busy summer season there is a two night minimum stay.An extra fold-out bed can be placed for a child(please call to arrange).Family pets are welcome for guests to bring along while staying in the Annex(please advise when making a reservation)
