The Auld Post Officeis a relaxed and friendly B & B situated on the A9

The original 'But 'n' Ben' cottage was built in 1862, once derelict and now lovingly restored.

The Guest Suite at the Auld Post Office was builtspecifically for B & B in 2008.We are therefore able to offera very high standard of accommodation and hospitality, whilst maintaining the warm ambience and friendly atmosphere of a traditional B & B.

The en-suite guest rooms areboth comfortable and spacious, with French doors that invite you to the patio & gardens beyond.

Weyland & Lynne are very proud to announce the Auld Post Office has achieved 4 Stars by Visit Scotland.

There is ample car parking

Just a short drive to both Thurso and Wick and perfectly situated for a tour of the beautiful County of Caithness. An ideal location to take the ferry crossing for a daytrip to the Orkney Islands.

Thurso is just a 10 minute drive on the main A9 route north, and 15 minutes to Wick. A choice of restaurants are available locally
