Crag and Tail, Gorse & Kinrara from the Cairngorms. There are now over 100 Scottish Gins in the Tasting room and more than 20 from around world. We’ve so enjoyed meeting you and sharing your juniper journey. We’ve had birthday celebrations, anniversaries, honeymooning couples and Hen nights and a Boys night away on a Whisky Tasting too! A special gin to celebrate with you includes
No. 2 Chelsea Flower Gin to celebrate the
marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
This delicious gin has an infusion of
bergamot, made exclusively for Partridge’s of
London by Martin, our local Distiller at
Dunnet Bay.
A huge thank you to you all, we’ve so enjoyed
your company and hearing your stories over
several glasses of gin!
It’s been such a lot of fun for us, learning
some of the botanicals in Dutch too!
We’ve had Roger the cat and his owner Amy
from China, who made us laugh until our jaws
ached! And guests tasting all things juniper
from Norway, The Netherlands, Belgium,
Austria, Switzerland, Canada, USA, Australia
and New Zealand, as well as locally to us here
from the UK and Ireland too.
It’s been a learning curve for us, finding the
gins that are gluten free, and creating
alternative garnishes that are free from citrus
and complimenting the flavours within the
gins. Our guests requirements are very
important to us.
